Contact support: how and when we reply
If you need help that isn’t covered in the Help Centre, you can reach The Short Film Show support team directly.
We handle viewer, filmmaker, and account enquiries and aim to respond quickly during the working week.
How to get in touch
There are two easy ways to contact support:
Support Form
Use the form: choose Contact Us in your profile menu, on the website or in the app.
Include your name, email address, and a short description of your issue.
On the playback, submission and rights types you can also attach a picture or a file of up to 3.5 MB; otherwise paste a link. You can also email a screenshot to support@theshortfilmshow.com.

For technical issues, include:
- The name of the film (if relevant)
- The device or browser you’re using
- Any error message you saw
Providing details helps us resolve your issue faster.
When you can expect a reply
We aim to reply within two working days.
Messages sent over weekends or public holidays are picked up when we’re next back at our desks.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your message has been received. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
What we can help with

For general questions about short films, viewing limits, or subscriptions, check the FAQ before contacting us. You might find the answer instantly.
If your message needs someone else
If your enquiry needs input from another department (for example, a filmmaker submission or partnership query), we’ll make sure it reaches the right place and keep you updated.
You don’t need to re-send your request.
If a technical issue is affecting lots of people, we’ll say so in our reply and let you know when it’s fixed.
