The free plan, Ad-Free and viewing limits
Everyone starts on the free plan: 30 minutes of films a month in standard definition, with ads. Ad-Free is £5.99 a month or £58 a year and removes the limit. This page shows what each plan includes and what happens when you reach 30 minutes.

The free limit
Every viewer gets 30 minutes of films a month. It starts again at the beginning of each month. Trailers and the 24/7 channel never count.
When you pass 30 minutes, a message in the player asks if you’d like to upgrade. You can close it and keep watching. We never cut a film off part-way through.
What you see on the free plan
A short ad before some films on the website, and banner ads on the website and app. You never see an ad during a film. Playback is in standard definition so it holds up on any connection.
What changes when you upgrade
Press Upgrade in the message in the player, or choose Upgrade to Ad-Free on the plans page. Pay by card, and your account updates straight away on every device.
Ad-Free takes away the adverts the free plan shows. It also adds Continue Watching across your devices, the full film details (credits, project overview and awards) and the behind-the-scenes extras on film pages.
What “2 devices” means
Ad-Free lets you watch on two devices at the same time. If a third tries to play, you’ll see a message that your account is already playing elsewhere, and you can switch playback to the new device. On the free plan it’s one at a time.
If you cancel
Open the menu under your profile picture, choose Subscription, then Change Plan, and press Cancel Subscription on your current plan. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you’re back on the free plan: you can still browse, watch trailers, and watch 30 minutes a month with ads. Your favourites and account details stay saved.
