The Short Film Show — The Home of Short Films — has officially entered its public beta phase.
After months of development and internal testing, the platform is now open for early users to explore how the streaming experience will look and feel ahead of full public launch. The beta phase gives filmmakers, viewers, and partners a first opportunity to experience the new ecosystem as it takes shape.
More than 300 short films, originally featured across the television series, are ready for upload and preparation on the platform. The next round of selections is already underway, with additional titles and filmmakers joining in the months ahead.
The beta period focuses on performance, stability, and viewer feedback — fine-tuning everything from adaptive streaming and subtitles to account features and the Ad Free Tier. Early participation helps shape the final experience that will roll out across web and mobile apps.
As we move through this stage, new features will continue to appear gradually, including Behind the Scenes extras, the Tip Jar, and filmmaker analytics.
The Short Film Show’s mission remains the same: to champion independent creators, celebrate cinematic storytelling, and make short film more accessible than ever before.
